It's the most festive day of the year in 5K! The kindergartners enjoyed taking a ride on the Polar Express as they acted out the story today. The hot chocolate was a big hit as well. Polar Express Day is always a day to remember.

Who would have thought soil could be so delicious? Ms. Knutson's class got their hands dirty by whipping up some tasty soil horizon cups. These plant science students know how to turn dirt into dessert!

First Graders celebrated the completion of their Early World Civilizations unit by making pharaoh headdresses. Did you know that yearly flooding along the Nile River helped create rich soil that was important for growing crops?

The fourth graders learned about metaphors and repetition in poetry today while analyzing the poem "I Hear America Singing" by Walt Whitman. They listened to the sounds that North Crawford made and created two amazing poems! Poetry can be fun!
