Good afternoon Middle and High School families. I wanted to make everyone aware that there will be a special school board meeting on Monday, March 1st at 7:00. At this meeting I will be presenting a recommendation for all students to return for 5 days of instruction per week. If the board approves I will be sending out a newsletter with the specifics about what this will look like in the middle and high school. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging year for all of us.
The North Crawford School Board will be holding a Special Meeting Monday, March 1st, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The board will consider the proposal to return elementary students to school five days per week, beginning the week of March 8th. Additionally, the board will consider returning sixth through twelfth grade students five days a week beginning the week of March 22nd. Congratulations to the NC Boys Basketball team on their Regional win last night at Seneca defeating the Indians 49-43. The Trojans will now travel to conference foe Wauzeka-Steuben tonight with a Regional Championship on the line. The Trojans will be looking for redemption, as the Hornets swept the conference series this year. The Boys' Basketball team heads up the ridge tonight to face conference rival Seneca in a WIAA Regional Semifinal game. All ten students in Mrs. Jeardeau's Thursday 4K class enjoyed their lunch today of cheeseburgers on a whole grain bun, baked beans, carrots, and applesauce. Mrs. Jen, our Food Service Director, along with the Food Service staff, loves providing healthy meals to happy kids!
The Food Service department is working hard planning meals for Spring Break for our students. A special sign-up has been created for those that will want meals for March 15-19. Meals will be available at our regular pick-up time on Tuesday, March 9th. You must sign up using the link below to receive the meals for that week. The deadline to register is March 4th, but we would appreciate you registering sooner if possible. Please submit a new response for each child needing meals. Meals are available to all children age 18 and younger. Thank you for supporting your district by taking free school meals.
