The Lady Trojans Girls Basketball team starts their WIAA Regional play tonight by hosting rival Seneca here at NC in a Regional quarterfinal game. The game tips off at 7:00 p.m. For those invited as spectators, admission at the door will be $6.00. Due to the predicted dangerous temperatures for Tuesday, Feb. 9th, we ask parents to come inside the first set of double doors at the elementary entrance to pick up food boxes. Please park curbside, wear your mask, and we will meet you at the door.

The Boys Basketball team will host Seneca tonight for a conference rivalry showdown. The JV game will tip off at 6:00, followed by the Varsity game at 7:15 p.m. Spectators are limited. The WIAA Wrestling Sectional will be held at Mineral Point today. Wrestling begins at 10:00 a.m. If you want to watch wrestling live, join the live stream at trackwrestling.com (browse to find the Mineral Point Sectional). There is a $10 charge to watch. The North Crawford School District will start on a 2 hour delay on Friday, February 5th. There will be no Early Childhood program. Stay tuned Friday morning for additional changes.

A few changes to athletic events that were scheduled for tonight. The Middle School wrestling meet at Cashton has been rescheduled for February 11th. The Middle School girls' basketball game has been cancelled and not rescheduled. The High School boys' basketball game vs. Seneca has been rescheduled for Monday, February 8th. #TrojanPride

Due to the impending winter weather, the North Crawford School District will be closed on Thursday, February 4th for all in person and virtual learning. Preschool screening has been rescheduled for February 25th.

The MS Girls Basketball team and Boys Varsity team are both at home tonight. The MS Girls will host La Farge, with one game tipping off at 5:00 p.m. in the Large Gym. The Varsity Boys will host Weston, with a tip time of 6:30 p.m. in the Large Gym. There is no JV game tonight. The NC-S Wrestling Co-Op traveled to Westby this past weekend for the WIAA Regional Meet. Congratulations to the following wrestlers for advancing to the Sectional Meet. Sophomore Hemi Steele, Senior Raiden Steele, Senior Ben Benson. These three will now compete at the WIAA Sectional Meet in Mineral Point this coming Saturday with a chance to qualify for the WIAA state tournament. #TrojanPride
