We are now accepting pre-orders for meals for the week of September 22-29. Meals for grades Pre-K through 5th will be sent home on Tuesday, September 22nd. All other orders must be picked up curbside at the North Crawford School District's elementary entrance on Tuesday, September 22nd, from 5-7 pm. Meals are free and available to everyone age 18 and younger. Free meals include those eating at school, full virtual, home school families, and those not yet school-age. You must pre-order to receive these meals. If you have ordered meals previously and selected to receive meals all year, please do not fill out the form again. There are more details within the order form. You do not need to pre-order for meals eaten at school. Happy Friday NC Families! While our focus has been on COVID-19 mitigation efforts, influenza season is just around the corner. Attention Middle School Volleyball Parents, Our first practice will be on Monday, September 14th. There will be no practice on Wednesdays because of sanitizing the whole building. Greetings Middle and High School students and families, As we work through all of the new technologies and procedures for the first week, please be patient with us. Our staff are working incredibly hard to exist in an educational world none of us have navigated before. Students who are virtual today haven't seen their teachers face to face yet and many won't have Google Classrooms set up, and may not have assignments from their Monday teachers today. They certainly will have a virtual component for the classes that were held on Tuesday on Friday. We will have a few challenges along the way and it is all part of the navigation of our new platforms and our new schedule. I'm incredibly proud of the work our staff has done and we will work through some of the early hiccups as we go. We will be understanding of students' and families' learning curves these first few weeks also and I want to thank our families for their patience as we are all working hard to mitigate the risk at school during a global pandemic. We are resilient as a community of educators, parents, students and community members. As always we are NORTH CRAWFORD STRONG!

Good evening North Crawford Middle and High School Students and Families, I just wanted to share a few things about the first week of school. 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th grade students are the only students from the middle and high school here tomorrow. There will be no virtual classes for 8th, 11th and 12th grades until September 7th. There will be no Wednesday virtual session this week because all students won't have their Chromebooks yet. The first day of school for 8th, 11th and 12th grades is Thursday, September 3rd. Wear your mask tomorrow and go directly to your first hour class once you receive your schedule. High school students will be handed their schedules in the front of the building while all middle school students will head down to the middle school wing to get your schedules upon arrival. All full virtual students and families should attend the zoom meeting with Mr. Sailer and Mrs. Bransky at 7:30 tonight. So proud of the hard work our teachers and staff have put in the last couple weeks getting ready to welcome students back to school. Hello, North Crawford families- The sign-up for meals on virtual learning days for September 8-15 is open now. Please use the pre-order form below and respond by September 3rd at 2 pm. The pre-order form is for meals for virtual learning days—no need to pre-order for meals eaten at school. Please consider giving this service a try. It is very affordable, nutritious, convenient, and helps the district. Breakfast includes a whole grain item, fruit, and milk. Lunch consists of a main protein dish, fruit, veggies, and milk. If you filled out the form last week and indicated that you would prefer meals all year, you do not need to fill out this form again. There are full details within the form. Questions?
